Land records

Respected Advocates,

I am having all the agricultural related land documents like deed, pattadar pass book etc in my name in a Survey no 'x ' for an extent of 0.20 Acres.But unfortunately the extent is being enjoyed by another person who is not having any records with him.Now how to proceed with the matter
