my friend has troubled marriage and his wife is contemplating divorce. He is trying to patch up but vexed as he is also not happy there.
the problem is, he has constructed a house during his sustenance of marriage(married for 9 yrs now). But the land belongs to his mother in law(wife mother). he spent more than 20 lac...
can he claim that money or property in case of divorce? kindly advise
