Hi,
I want to clarify how a property is shared among my brothers. My Father has a land and he has three brothers. They have written a partition deed and my father has 1/3 share. This partition deed is registered. My father has written another partition deed and gave the complete one third share to my brother. This partition deed is also registered. He can do without our agreement. Please suggest.

You have to indicate whether the property in question was purchased?
If so in which year?
Who purchased it?
What happened to the person who purchased it? Is he alive? If not, in which year he died? What is his relationship with your father?
And like complete chain of events concerning the property right from the beginning when it came in the hands of your family.
