Respected sir,we have land 1.5 acre.my uncle made the registration illegally in 1997-98 on the name of his wife by cheating us.2years back they buid their house there.They are feeling that we can't do anything as they have political support. we are feeling bad. Sir, as per my knowledge is concerned we can file the case against them according to 419,420,468 sections.? unfortunately we lost our passbook..However we have got the copy of illegal land registration of my uncle..we want fight in the court..could you please suggest me on which grounds we can file the case any positive chances for us..please help us..
