Sir,
i have given my land for Joint venture in 2011 , the builder taken the power from me for that land and the construction is completed in 2012 and he sold all the flats in 2012, we had the aggreement that he need build a house from share amount in another place and that shuld be completed in 2013 . but he raised the building but not completed till 2017 then i took loan and completed the building . now i approached him for the settlement amount but he still dragging ... he also cooly sayinghe i need to wait and beg for the amount to him if anything comes will give ,and also saying this will come under the civil go to police or court if u want no one can do anything.
Kindly suggest how to proceed with this.
