My brother purchased a land in Layout in Bangalore. The Layout Developer Registered 30X40 for My Borther & 30X50 to his adjustent plot. Now the neighbour constructed a wall & small hut in that. Now My Brother want to construct a house in his plot. He approched the developer. He is not responding. He tried to contact the other site person. He also not. Now how do we go about it.
The following points I have abserved through documents
1. My brothers registration happend 1st and Neighbers is next.
2. The layout was apporved for 30X40 Sites only.
