Land encroaching & interference of use of way

Hello All,

1. My neighbour built basement for his house extension last month and it was encroached our house site about 1 feet... We requested to alter it but he refused to do.. What is the Remedy

U issue legal notice to him thru advocate to stop construction in encroachedportion in Ur site. If he denies u file suit against him to evict from encroached portion by engaging eminent advocate.the court appoint commission he will come to spot and reports to court if encroach has made or not. The court will order to evict if he has encroched.it may take some time be in patience
