We have a ancestral property which was transferred from my great grandfather to my grant mother then to my father .
Documents :
From Great Grandfather to Grandmother there was a Virasat patar
Grandmother to my father it was a Portioned Degree from City civil court in which
Revenue ,Endowments and General secretary as the party and this was executed around 1985, there was no appeal after that.
The Dispute here is revenue is claiming that the said property belongs to Government..
