hi everyone, my great grand fathers were A1 ( my father's grandfather) and B1(Other). They partitioned the land equally and registered that. But now we are constructing a house on our part of land but ONE son C1 of B1 (THEY ARE 4 BROTHERS) just want to stop our work and he has apply in court for stay that he want valuable part of land (they had similar on other side) or he want a path from our land (we had provided that on other side). we receive an informing letter today from cour for thatt. his house was also somewhat on our part of land. should we apply that this petition should not be accepted / or what can we do as this land /khasra is on my father's name.
