Sir,
I want to know little bit more details that if land has been acquired for public purpose by (concerned) State Govt. and handed over the land to public authority like NHPC,Airport (AAI), Railway then who will be the competent authority for payment of land compensation to the land owner ? Please share if anyone have any opinion in this.

Offcourse concern state Government entite to pay said compensation or any appointed authoriy appointed for the same
but not by authority for whoes purpose said land aquired.

Thanks you sir. Could you please tell me in which section was it mentioned that State Govt. is the comeptent authority to be paid.?
