Dear sir, i am shiva from karur. we have own agricultural land. but that land has legally no path. but we have used near land owner path for reaching our land. This path was void agreement of my grandpa. we used it for 3 generations but now that persons locked the path. now they destroyed the path physically not legally.
1)can we able to access the path. and what we do?
2)another quory is, Can i file PIL in court?
because, many farmers affect like this so, i want justice for all.
