Lal dora registered with local tehsildar can i get fard?

I have purchased Lal Dora business locality in Town center worth 59 lakhs. and registered it in local tehsildar as it already was registered. Now i want to sell it and the person demands its land record ifrom fard kendra. Is it possible to get it from fard kendra>>

it is registered with distric land record society I paid 3.4 Lakh as registration fee et c all but now dealers are tending to put low prices of it saying it as lal dora property. property is a Shop on main road on this side huge buildings are being constructed. How my property is worth nothing??
