Ladies share in ancestrial and self aquried of father

sir

plyz answer as if a father dies will the girls get a share in ancestrial and self earnd properties if he has not written a will or gift as per the new law

It is believed that deceased father was Hindu.

Daughter has equal share in self acquired property.

In condition laid by apex court are fulfilled Daughter has equal share in ancestarl property, also.

Thank you for the reply, sir the father (hindu) of the girl child and boy child has received ancestral property after partition in 1970s, the father died in 2000 without leaving a will or any form of partition either to the son or daughter , does the girl child have a share in the ancestral property.
