LOC procedure

Hi Is LOC can be issued without NBW issued or without issuing 41 CrPC notice ? In my case charge sheet is not filed yet but not sure if the LOC is issued or not

Dear Kapoor thanks for your reply. Under 498a section FIR filed an year ago but not chargesheet received yet nor 41 CrPC notice served yet. Is NBW is a pre-requisite to issue LOC? Technically I didn�t receive any post or single message from Police about FIR. It was just known by my parents only.
