My Great grand father was having 8 acre land after his death my great grand mother was looking after it. She gave that land to a person for sowing purpose ( as she was not able to handle it ). But during 'Kul Kayada' tenant showed his possesion over the land and later on tried to purchased that land throuth court ( my grand father didnt collect that money ). My grand father tried a lot to get back their ancestors property ..right now he is no more..But, I want to to fight on behalf of him..
my question are
1) Is it possible for me to get it back
2) If yes, what document should I collect in order to have strong position in case
3) What is the way to file a legal case
4) what should I do if that person try to threaten me ( As now he is more finacially and politically strong)
Please guide me.
