Kul kayda for

Hello Everyone,

I had a question regarding the Kul Kayda in Maharashtra.

I wanted to know if the Kul Kayda is applicable for a widow. I mean, if an agricultural land is on a widow’s name and at the same time there is a kul, will the kul kayda be applicable to her?

Is it must for her to sell that land to her Kul in stipulated price by the government officials?

Please let me know.

Also, it would be great if someone can shed some light on Kul Kayda Kalam 43.
