Dear A case has been remand back to lowar court by the High Court.....the case has been there from 2007....there is every right for respondent (opposite party)to oppose it in it's first hearing, kindly support in providing some preceding order or judgement where lower court did accept the matter for the trail....or can someone pl. share the preceding order or judgements here...?
