Hi,
High court of Bangalore has not heard my MFA since last 4 years of its filing. The case was being listed for 25 times but never reached for hearing.They just give another date in the evening and case has not reached since a year. The early hearing to application was allowed last year feb 2016.
I want to get direction from supreme court to hear this matter urgently. I have already lost job too. So want to appear in supreme court myself without a lawyer. Kindly send me a format and section of this application which I can file in supreme court. What documents in support I should file, I am thinking to attach the early hearing order passed by the high court bangalore as it will show despite a year passed this case is not heard.
