Assuming that certain property is now intestate after my fathers passing, How is the house deed to be changed to the names of all the heirs (mother and children)? I remember I needed my fathers signature for property tax payment. How is this to be done now? is there any procedure for probation in the case of there NOT being a will? this is with reference to karnataka and telengana laws.
