Sir my query is regarding a vacant property in electronic city Bangalore..My father had purchased the site and after his death in dec 2013 this property was divided among ourselves and got the new Deed and single khata certificate and number for the three of us.
But last year in March 2018 my mother and brother sold their property and now my portion is safely in my possession but this khata will remain the same after this or a bifurcaton is to be applied for i want to know..Only the sale deed COPY is their with me ..but nothing else..
