Hi,
I own a house G+3 building consisting of 2 houses in each floor, totaling 6 2-Bhk units. I intend to sell it off individually. Is it possible to divide the property in such a manner to sell it off? The property is a B-khata property.

First you have to convert B Khata to A-Khata. Then you can sell individually, but you have to obtain the sanctioned plan individually from the Municipal Authority.

What about plans?, Hope you have constructed the building with approved plans?, if so, you can sell the individual flats accordingly and can apply for sub-division also which is called as separate khatha for separate unit.
