1. If you have succeeded to get FIR registered under various IPC section on him then he being advocate would have by now got AB. Ask your advocate the status of the FIR.


2. If you can show force / hurt which resulted in miscarriage and have filed appropriate IPC case then dependent upon cross examination read with medical reports and medical experts opinion a case stands otherwise simply alleging miscarriage will not sustain in criminal court is my opinion. The case is filed under S. 312 of IPC.


3. If your husband is by profession Advocate, Criminal side then he better knows how to prove his / his sides innocence (if any). By filing IPC cases against a Criminal Advocate husband his Bar license does not get revoked. In our daily practice we ourselves get hit left and right by our own clients that does not mean every day our Bar license is cancelled due to some case filed against us!
 

It is also suggested to write your query in a seperate thread (start new thread - click post new topic blue button above top right) post instead of some other queriest post. Sometimes Advocates replying miss seeing such posts which is in-built into someonce else earlier started thread.
