Karnataka land reforms act sec 79a, 79b, and 80

Cosidering the case that the land is procured with DC permission by parents, then the average income is less than 25 Lakh per year from past 5 consecutive years in Karnataka according to section 80 of KLR act.

Case 1: The property inherited by legal hair (son/daughter) down the line of years, whose family income is more than 25 Lakh from 5 years avg per year from other than agricultural sources by then.

What is the consequence of this? Can the legal hair hold the land ?

Case 2: During the course of time if the family income rises above 25 Lakh from non agricultural over few years to come. What is the consequence of this? Will the family still hold the land?

In both cases, if at all the land have to be surrendered to governament, what is the way to prevent this under sec 109 exemttion? is this possible by an individual or a family?

Any judgement copies or link to such cases would also be helpful
