KHB site registration process in karnataka

Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased a MIG site from Karnataka housing board. The competent authority has issued me signed absolute sale deed document copy for further registration at SRO.. Kindly explain me the further process to get it registered at SRO.. I wanted to do it myself so that I should understand the whole process.. Advise me the points to taken care while going for registration...
