Dear members,

kindly shed some light on the following, if the wife decides to file a 498a, where can the case be filed as per the law, is the the place where she resided at the matrimonal home, or where she resides at her mothers home, in a scenario where the matrimonal home is in one state and the mothers residence is in a another state. if she files it at from her mothers residence, can this be challenged as the husband never went to that place except once for a visit, kindly elaborate
