I want to know weather civil court has jurisdiction to decide the matter regarding approved plan by the competent authority of the municipal corporation? Weather there are any judgements in this behalf please give me the details at the earlist. Thanks

1. Civil Court, has no "jurisdiction to decide the matter regarding approved plan by the competent authority of the municipal corporation"
2. The matter can be adjudicated only before the :
a) Local Civic Authority (commissioner)
b) Local Municipal Magistrates Court.
