Jurisdiction law

we got married in mumbai and then went out of india , my permanent address is mumbai in my passport .even my parents stay out of india and their address is mumbai in their passport

My wife parental home is in Gujurat . Me and my family members never went to gujarat .

How can the court accept a 498a case in gujarat ? and the high court dismiss my application that gujarat court  has no jurisdiction on the case ?

even in the petition no instance is mentioned in gujarat

as per high court girl can file case anywhere as it makes no difference to me if its mumbai or gujarat  as i stay out of india .!!!but ofcourse it makes  difference to me ...

can such a judgement be challenged in supereme court ?

what are the chances of winning the jurisdisction quash appeal , as we got married and stayed in mumbai for some time , 498a case directly filed in lower court of gujarat and i got summons also , there is no fir and no chargesheet also .

so what would be chances of quashing in SC ?
