Our company is situated in Gurugram, we supplied products amounting to Rs. 20 lakh to a company situated in Noida which has now defaulted in payment. the contract for supplying the goods was signed at Gurugram. the payment was received at Gurugram also the company at Noida brings the goods that has been delivered earlier to be serviced i Gurugram. We want to file the suite for recovery in Gurugram, will the suite be maintainable in Gurugram, if yes how?

The case shall be filed in Noida court where the defendant reside and where the goods were delivered.
