Sir I am business man in Mumbai and I have supplied goods at Lucknow under distributorship Agreement. I have registered office in Mumbai Distributorship Agreement executed in Mumbai. other party gave me cheque which was dishonored.The cheque is of lucknow but presented in Mumbai. The time for filing 138 has lapsed.
Can I file recovery suit OR summary suit ?

its comes under civil as the time is lapse. go a head and file a civil suit
