Judgement copy

I am from Bangalore. My divorce case is over in Bangalore family court as Ex-parte. i want to get the Judgement copy of my case. Please let me know , if you are from Bangalore and can help me on this so that i Can contact with you for details.

Hi Biswajit if your case is over in court and you want to collect your case copy than you need to give application in court for case copy and they provide you copy

it is not very hard task you submit fee if require any for got your copy and court issue to you attested copy of your case

Apply for a certified copy of the judgement. You could go yourself to the court or just take the help of a lawyer, give him all the details of the judgement, i.e. date of judgement, details of parties, who was the judge, etc. In two weeks you should have the copy of judgement in your hand.
