Hi,
My firend case is due for final discussion and judge is giving dates again and again .
as per told by laywer after discussion he need to give order in next few days 3-4 days.
As Case is IT ACT and its look like judge never understand the case ( Actually he admitted it)
we are wondering
1. will judge make right decision or not.
2. We also want to file a PIL like the Facbook case because freind is also wrongly arrested in false case.
Please provide help

We want to ask If judge go against my friend even we proof that police is not correct,how can we punish judge for wrong decision ?
we know that we need to go session court but we also want that this case became a mile stone for other cyber case and every judge need to understand that you just not blindly give order to educated peoples under cyberlaw
