Journal copyright required

Hi,

We are a nonprofit company working on education & research for mechanical engineering.

We are bringing out a Journal in a specialised subject and interested to know whether anyone in this forum can point us in the right direction for the following things:

(i) Copy right of journal title and its contents for each issue.

(ii) Copy right transfer agreement with author to publisher(us).

(iii) Copyright reserved. All over the world.
