We had joint property in my grandmother's,  uncles and fathers name since last 23 years..

some how my grandmother and uncle pressured my father and got papers signed and tansfered it in my uncle's name..

Now my father is repending for the action..

So please advice me what can be done and how can i help my father.. ??

What papers your father signed ?  If your father is still in possession of his share, file a suit for partition of this joint property .

My father hv signed property transfer paper under pressure of my grandma n uncle.. N nw we are trying to find some solution..
