I have a house which is jointly in name of my elder brother . Rear portion of the house is with me and in front portion my brother lives. Since I am posted in Mumbai, the portion of the house with me remains locked. My querry is what documents should I have to show that i also have possession of house as if my brother removes locks or may challange that I do not have or had possession.

if ur name is jointly with ur brother,then why r u worring.if u have house doc.in joint name then u have share in such house.
