Joint ownership of land

I and my cousin own a small peace of ancestor property agriculture property 0.3.11.00 at Karnataka jointly. Property is not sub divided. My cousin has sold his right to another person without giving any notice to me. ( Notice not reached to at my place). Government Authority issued mutation order replacing his rights to another one. I have given application within one month of RTC Order. What should I do. Pl. advise
