I reside in Bangalore and me and my spouse bought a property in joint name as the loan acquired from the bank also was joint loan. Now we are getting seperated. My spouse is ready to give her share to my name.
Now what is the process to do the same and is a re-registration required?
Can it be done when the property documents are mortgage at the bank with the running loan?
