Job harrasement

My friend is working in a antivibrational company as production engineer. First his timming increased from 8 hrs to 10hrs. Now manager saying to do 12hrs job or leave the job in night shift from 7pm to 7 am. He is working from last 8 months there...and now due o 12 hr night shift he is acing many health ptoblems. So plzz suggest any legal action against this. He cant leave job as his family condtn is not so good.

Does the employee have any proof of his allegations (audio/visual/witness)?

Has the manager given written job timings in any form?

Work hours are 8/day, 48 /week:::: OT 2/day, 10/week, 50/qtr.

The employee may build written record of daily work hours given to him and work done by him and claim OT......................

The management and Factory Inspector, o/o Labor Commissioner, employee's unions/Trade unions can be approached..............................

Once again there is a risk of vindictive approach, hence remain amiable, and alert till in employment and scout for good employers with good HR practices.

Yes he have a call recorded in which his senior engineer saying tht either do a 12hr job or leave the job. His salary is just 10000 rs. And they say that company dnt give OT to any staff person. He still doing job of 10hrs. Is there any legal action he could took aginst his company? For harrasing him in this manner
