Hi,
I am planning to purchase flat in Bangalore. One of apartment builder has registered JDA, GPA and Supplementary Sharing Agreement with Land owner.
Now my question is, at the time of registration both Land owner and Builder should present or only builder is enough? The flat I have looked is builders share.
