WHO CAN PAY THE FEES AND CAN BEAR THE EXPENSES
THEY CAN ONLY HAVE OPPORTUNITY
IS DEMOCRACY IMPLEMENTED ?????????????????????????????

DEMOCRACY had NEVER been IMPLEMENTED in India. Only the "Make-Believe" word has been used as a Mask for tyranty.
Indian 64 years old Ruler is a hooded Masked Tyrant who keeps using the Mask of India being a Democratic Country for the last 64 years.
WHat they are gaining internationaly for using this word as a Mask in india is another question......
