My name is Mohammed Irfan am doing BA.BL in goverment law college ,chengalpet .
lets get into case my grandfather had a 1 ,1/4 ground i mean 1400 sqft which is occured by my aunties ( my father's sisters ) on 2013 my grandfather died and my aunties were captured all properties of my grandfather actually my grandfather got 5 children (2 son 3 daughters ) 3 daughters only living on that property 2 sons didnt get that property . how to get my dads share from that property anyone help pls ?

File suit for partition and possession under the Islamic law of succession, in accordance with which sons get two shares each and daughters get one share each.
