Sir/mam,
I had paid 10%margin for buying a 2 BHK flat in Coimbatore. But the builder has got approval for two 1 BHK EWS flats in place of a 2 BHK flat. Please tell me whether there are any issues regarding registration, property tax assessment or other issues in buying a 2 BHK flat constructed in place of two 1 BHK EWS flats approved in the plan.
