I BODEPU NAGA TRINADHA RAJA residing in guntur from past 17 years and my father's native place is west godavari dist, but actual problem is that i belong to turupukapu community which belongs to BC-D.In GUNTUR, MRO is not issuing caste certificate to turupukapu and they are saying that they will not issue caste certificate to TURUPUKAPU in GUNTUR. But recently the government of andhra pradesh has amended the GO. I am attaching the GO also sir

AMENDMENT
For the words “rule 22” in para 6 of G.O.Ms.No.62, Backward Classes
Welfare (C2) Department, dated 20-12-2008, the words “rule 2(7)” shall be
substituted.

in GO M.S No.62 .. the government of ANDHRA PRADESH HAS STATED \\\"REMOVAL OF DISTRICT RESTRICTIONS FOR TURUPUKAPU COMMUNITY AND EXTENDING THE BENFITS THROUGHOUT THE STATE \\\".. So sir , what should i do to get caste certificate(BC & OBC) in guntur.. Please give your valuable suggestion..
