Isn't a memorandum to an employee is a notice

One Chief Regional Manager of a particular Public Sector Insurance Company argued that a disciplinary Memorandum issued to an employee was neither a notice nor an order.

The only "grave" allegation in the said memo was:-

However,to the best of my knowledge in serrvice matter between employee and employer it is show cause memo, that is a formal notice to an employee by a competent authority.

I would appreciate case law or citation in the relevant matter.

It is not clear from the said things what kind of alleged work that  has been committed. It is true that the company should send u Notice first stating the alleged offence committed . Please clarify . Thanks . Regards. Adv. Sandeep Naik

you should instead of wasting time put you query specifically.[in a language which can be understood]  putting specific legal points on which you need help

you are wasting your energy on one thread after another yet getting no advise.
