Singareni Colleries established in erstwhile united AP, now in Telangana owned by State Govt.
Now the question is the workman who is on permeanant roll of Singareni Colleries could be considered as Govt Employee.
If so can you please quote any Act or State Govt circular name/number pursuant to which such workman would be considered as Govt Employee.
Further if your answer is yes, such workman would be considered as Govt Employee, then can we say that such govt employee also comes within the meaning of Public Servant as per the IPC provisions.
