Under Rule 8 (5) and (6) of SARFAESI Act 30 days’ sale – notice to Borrower and public notice is mandatory to be given for sale of immovable property in public auction ?
Is this Rule is applicable to the immovable asset if sold in public auction in the RDDBFI Act, 1993 .
