Is rehiring possible if terminated

Hello i was terminated from an organization located in Kanpur and wants to join the company back but in a different branch (Allahabad).

obviously they have blacklisted me. if i am caught; can they take any legal action on me.

Per the Labour and service law is it a crime..?

It is not clear that you were caught and charged for which misconduct.

However the same company that has terminated and has blacklisted in its internal records shall not hire again the same person in any branch.

If any other company approaches past employer for BGV/reference check it may reveal the reason for separation as termination and may also share the reason for termination::Misconduct.................

If the employee is not at fault he may challenge the termination and approach a competent and experienced labor consultant/service lawyer with all docs and record and proceed under expert advice of the lawyer.
