Is noc required for interview applied before joining a psu

Dear Sir,

I had applied for a couple of PSUs in last two years, very recently before 1month i got selected to a state run PSU, now i got a interview call from a CPSE. Can i attend the interview without NOC from current PSU as i had applied for it well before i joined this PSU.

Please clarify

since you were working at the time of attending the interview and if its stated that you need to provide noc from the previous employer in the cpse rules then you need to definitely produce noc
