Husband can take liberty not to pay interim till wife files execution petition and on that court directs him to pay.
Your wife seems to have a great patience that she has not filed execution petition for last 8 months. Better start paying, otherwise, the burden will go on increasing every month and you will be in trouble, if the court orders you to pay in lump sum.
