I am purchasing a flat,but i am told only cash will be accepted for registration (4% of agreement value).Considering current situation of limited withdrwal it will take months to arrange the amount.Is there any solution?

In most of the states, parties may pay the registration charges through e-challan system by DD via designated banks.
