Is it crime to call ourselve as god or son of god in india?

In our Constitution of India there are some fundamental right are given to the Citizen.  In which he can have freedom of speech, where he call say anything untill and unless other will not react.  So if any person want to say himself as god or son of god is not a crime but these kind of person getting benefit of our Constitution.

However, all the citizen should not follow them then only will be the solution or you can file a petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for detail clerification.

It may not be crime, but it will amout to hurt religious sentimant of differerent religion, hence will attract IPC
